CloverPit Surpasses 300,000 Copies Sold, First Patch Released

CloverPit celebrated over 300,000 copies sold within the first four days of its release. The celebration was published via the developer blog on Steam, where the devs warned the community to be wary of scam games on mobile platforms. The scam games are pretending to be CloverPit on the iOS and Android App stores, and are, according to the developers, “total rip-offs and possibly dangerous. 

The patch update fixed various bugs and added various gameplay adjustments. Here are the full CloverPit patch notes, according to the official update blog:

  • transition speed now affects patterns animations,
  • transition speed now affects charms trigger animations,
  • To listen to a disc you now need to actually see the vinyl player in a drawer, then put the disc in it.,
  • Removing a disc from a drawer will stop its music, if already playing,
  • Full collection achievement SHOULD now unlock,
  • The exploit of the giant mushroom being put in a drawer no longer works,
  • Fixed the hard limit of equippable charms to 33,
  • Sped-up long pattern triggering animations a lil more,
  • Hopefully Fixed bug where sometimes 1 single bone was enough to obtain the door key,
  • Fixed ankh causing soft locks in certain situations,
  • Fixed giga mushroom scaling in combo with phone abilities,
  • Reworked inner functioning of some charms. If you encounter issues with the following ones, restart the run or keep playing at your choice:
    • vinesoup
    • giga shroom
    • crystal skull
    • abstract painting
    • pareidolia
  • fixed dung beetle bug where it would count the discards twice the times,
  • fixed sardines in combo with cloverfield

CloverPit officially released on Sept. 26, 2025; the title was delayed to accommodate Hollow Knight: Silksong’s monumental release. The roguelike slot machine game developed by Panik Arcade was initially scheduled to release on Sept. 3, 2025. The game currently has “Very Positive” reviews with over 4,800 users having provided input. CloverPit costs $9.99 on Steam.
